1. Return & Exchange Period
- You may request a return, exchange, or refund within 7 days of purchase, limited to cases involving product quality issues.
2. Conditions for Return or Exchange
- Product Issues or Damage: If the product has defects or is damaged during delivery, please contact us within 7 days. We will offer a return, exchange, or refund with shipping covered by us.
- Unopened and Unused: Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition and packaging. Items that are damaged due to personal handling (e.g., dirt, scratches, missing parts) will not be accepted.
3. Cases Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
- Non-Quality Related Reasons: Returns for personal reasons (e.g., dislike of texture/scent, incorrect purchase, skin reactions) are not accepted.

- Return the Product: Send the product to our designated address (for product issues, shipping is on us).

- For product issues: Shipping fees will be covered by StandByLand.
- For non-quality returns (if applicable): Shipping fees will be the customer’s responsibility.
